Folk Festivals in England can vary quite a bit in size and focus, from the very compact and friendly - centred round a single pub and maybe using the school hall for an evening dance - to the rather large - taking over a small town and the surroundings.... Most provide camping space but you have to choose carefully if you want adequate showers as well....

Some festivals concentrate on song, some on dance, some provide both. Where the festival has a goodly proportion of dance there can still be a focus on a particular sort... The band list gives the best clue as to where the organisers enthusiasm lies :-)
